Our Quality Control

We have implemented a stringent quality control program through the formal training of QA management and the development of a written QA manual at the factory. Quality inspection takes place on all raw materials on receipt. Bulk pattern and grading quality is assured through the making of pre production samples, full size sets and a pre production meeting involving QA, technical and production personnel. Inline inspections and measurements are carried out during manufacture. Final inspections employ level 1 AQL 2.5% standards. Our packing and ticketing areas are separated by client allowing us to concentrate on specific packing, ticketing and labeling, metal detection etc requirements of the individual clients.
